Why families choose LUMI and stay with us

01

Guidance from day one

You are supported by a personal coordinator and an experienced LUMI methodologist. After each lesson, you receive a clear update, so you always know what your child is working on and how they are progressing.

02

Language, confidence and academic skills

We build more than vocabulary. Children learn to explain ideas, write clearly, speak with confidence and use language in real school situations.

03

A teacher who fits your child

We match the teacher and program to your child’s level, pace and personality. If after the first lesson the teacher is not the right fit, we will find another specialist and replace the lesson free of charge.

04

Progress you can follow

The school app keeps everything in one place: schedule, reminders, homework and progress updates.

How we start

Step 1
Tell us what you need

Leave a request and we’ll get in touch to understand your child’s situation and goals.

Step 2
Assessment and plan

Step 3
Teacher and program matching

We choose the right teacher, format and materials based on your child’s age, level, personality and goals.

Step 4
Lessons begin

Your child starts lessons on a regular schedule. You can follow homework, updates and progress in the school app.

Group lessons cannot be moved, but if you tell us in advance, we’ll send the recording and materials so your child can catch up.

Yes. You can book one lesson first, meet the teacher, see the format and then decide whether to continue.

Yes, in most programs. Regular practice helps children consolidate new skills and see progress faster.

For one-to-one lessons, homework can be adapted or reduced depending on your family’s request.

You don’t need to decide on your own.

We start with a short assessment, understand your child’s level and goals, and recommend the course and format that make the most sense.

Our teachers have relevant higher education and strong classroom or online teaching experience. The team includes specialists in Russian, English, reading, bilingual education and international school preparation.

Every teacher goes through selection, training and LUMI teaching standards. We look for teachers who can explain clearly, engage children and build real progress.

A computer or tablet with a camera and microphone, stable internet, and a notebook with a pen or pencil.

A quiet space helps the child focus and get the most out of the lesson.

Many parents notice the first changes after 3–4 weeks of regular lessons.

Children usually become more active in lessons, use language more confidently and cope with school tasks more independently.

Lessons are interactive and varied, so children stay engaged rather than just listening to a teacher.

We use digital materials, games, structured tasks, feedback and motivation tools.

Most programs are online worldwide. Some programs are also available in person in Moscow and Dubai.

Don’t wait until the gap gets bigger.

A short assessment will show where your child is now and what support will help most.
